Autohub Group of Companies' in Koronadal is seeking a proactive Sales Consultant to drive Ford Koronadal’s sales and deliver exceptional customer service. This full-time role focuses on understanding customer needs, explaining product features, and guiding purchase decisions.

You will maintain a healthy sales pipeline, participate in trainings, and work with the team to meet monthly targets in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Formación

• College-level education or higher.
• Proven sales track record, preferably in automotive.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with potential customers and identify their needs.

About the role

As a Sales Consultant at Ford Koronadal, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and customer satisfaction within our dynamic organisation. This full-time position is based in Koronadal, where you will have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional sales skills and provide top-notch customer service to our valued clients.

What you’ll be doing

1. Actively engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions
2. Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our products to effectively convert leads into sales
3. Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range, pricing, and promotions to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
4. Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring timely follow-up and excellent customer service
5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
6. Participate in product training sessions to keep your knowledge up to date

What we’re looking for

1. At least a college level;
2. Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the automotive or related industry
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
4. Driven and self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to changing market conditions
