Sales Consultant – UK/ANZ & US Publishing Markets

Do you have a passion for sales and the drive to succeed in a fast‑paced, rewarding environment? We are looking for motivated Sales Consultants to join our on‑site team in Cebu City and help authors from the UK, ANZ (Australia & New Zealand), and US publish and promote their books.

No publishing background? No problem. If you have solid sales experience and a customer‑focused mindset, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Contact and engage aspiring authors to introduce our publishing and marketing services
• Recommend tailored publishing solutions that align with the author’s goals
• Manage a healthy pipeline of leads, follow‑ups, and closed sales
• Hit monthly sales targets and log interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to ensure an excellent author experience

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of sales experience (B2C or B2B in publishing, media, real estate, insurance, telco, etc.)
• High‑level confidence in selling over the phone to international clients
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Comfortable working with customers in the UK, ANZ, or US markets
• Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and a team‑player mindset
• Willing to work on‑site in Cebu City in mid‑shift or graveyard shift schedules
• Proven experience in closing outbound high‑ticket or B2C sales
• Comfortable working with quotas and meeting tight deadlines
• Skilled in handling objections and resolving challenges under pressure
