Job summary

Author Solutions Philippines Inc. is hiring a Sales Consultant to join our on-site team in Cebu City, working with authors in the UK and US publishing markets.

If you have solid sales experience and a customer-focused mindset, we want to hear from you. You’ll contact and engage aspiring authors, tailor publishing solutions, manage a healthy pipeline, hit monthly targets, and collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to ensure a great author experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience (B2C or B2B preferred in publishing, media, real estate, insurance, telco, etc.)
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Willing to work on-site in Cebu City on ANZ and UK shift schedules (day to mid-shift)
• Proven experience closing outbound high-ticket or B2C sales

Do you have a passion for sales and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, rewarding environment? We are looking for motivated Sales Consultant to join our on-site team in Cebu City and help authors from the UK and US (United Kingdom and United States) publish and promote their books.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 year of sales experience (B2C or B2B preferably in publishing, media, real estate, insurance, telco, etc.)
• High-level confidence in selling over the phone to international clients
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Comfortable working with customers in the UK and ANZ markets
• Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and a team-player mindset
• Willing to work on-site in Cebu City on ANZ and UK shift schedules (day to mid-shift)
• Proven experience in closing outbound high-ticket or B2C sales
• Comfortable working with quotas and meeting tight deadlines
• Skilled in handling objections and resolving challenges under pressure
• The ability to start immediately; Candidates who can start immediately will be prioritized
