Job summary

Coins, the pioneer crypto brand in the Philippines, is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to join our growing team. You’ll collect KYC documents, review paperwork for accuracy, and act as the liaison between Sales and onboarding to ensure smooth account setup.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, 1–3 years in fintech or e-commerce sales, and strong communication skills. Fresh graduates with potential are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Document Coordination: Collect KYC documents and service agreements from clients after a sale is closed.

• Liaison Work: Act as main contact between Sales and onboarding teams to track new accounts.
• Pipeline Support: Maintain CRM records for real-time onboarding progress visibility.
• Client Communication: Follow up with clients to retrieve missing information.

What you’ll do

• Document Coordination: Collect KYC (Know Your Customer) documents and service agreements from clients immediately after a sale is closed.
• Quality Control: Review all submitted paperwork for accuracy and completeness before passing them to the Partner Solutions team to prevent back-and-forth delays.
• Liaison Work: Act as the main point of contact between Sales (Field or AM) and the onboarding teams to track the status of new accounts.
• Pipeline Support: Maintain updated records in the CRM to ensure the sales team has real-time visibility on onboarding progress.
• Client Communication: Professional follow-ups with clients to retrieve missing information or clarify document requirements.

What we expect from you

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.1–3 years of experience in sales, merchant acquisition, or business development — preferably in fintech, banking, or e-commerce.
• Fresh graduates with strong potential and a positive, can-do attitude are also welcome to apply.
• Ability to review complex data, identify discrepancies, and solve problems independently.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills. You should be comfortable speaking with various stakeholders.
