You’ll collaborate with sales and product teams, conduct demonstrations, and translate technical concepts into clear business value, supporting onboarding and ongoing partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 3+ years as Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consultant in fintech/payments/crypto.
• Strong knowledge of APIs and enterprise IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and propose tailored Coins.ph solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and POC sessions for prospective customers.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business-value propositions.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to product teams for enhancements.
• Prepare technical documentation, integration guides, and solution diagrams for clients.
• Assist in drafting proposals, RFP responses, and solution overviews.
• Stay updated with Coins.ph product roadmap, industry trends, and competitors.
• Support onboarding of enterprise partners by coordinating with internal teams.

The Solutions Engineer will work closely with the sales and product teams to design, present, and demonstrate technical solutions to prospective partners, enterprise clients, and key stakeholders. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, communication skills, and business acumen to bridge the gap between customer needs and Coins.ph’s product capabilities.

What you’ll do

• Assist in drafting proposals, responses to RFPs, and solution overviews.
• Stay up to date with Coins.ph’s product roadmap, industry trends, and competitors.
• Support the onboarding of new enterprise partners by coordinating with internal teams.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consultant role, preferably in fintech, payments, or crypto/blockchain.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and enterprise IT environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly understand customer business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and digital payments is a plus.
