Luxury Apparel Sales Associate provides high-end, personalized customer service, acts as a brand ambassador, and drives sales in a boutique or upscale retail environment

Key Responsibilities

• Personalized Client Experience: Greet every visitor warmly, offer bespoke styling and wardrobe advice, and cater to high-value shoppers with discretion.
• Clienteling & CRM: Maintain a client book, record customer preferences, and proactively contact VIP clients via phone, email, or messaging for private sales, new arrivals, and store events
• Deep Product Knowledge: Master seasonal lookbooks, fabric details, brand history, and alterations options to answer detailed client inquiries
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through upselling, cross-selling, and attentive service
• Store & Visual Standards: Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and displays pristine, ensuring the physical layout matches the brand's luxury aesthetic.
• Operations: Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, assist with inventory counts, process stock replenishment, and manage special client orders.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: A college degree (Bachelor's degree) is commonly preferred by upscale retailers and luxury groups. Experience: 1 to 3 years of background in luxury retail, fashion retail, or premium hospitality/aviation customer service.
• Appearance & Demeanor: Polished, professional grooming and a demeanor that reflects high-end brand standards.
• Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding verbal communication, active listening, and a natural ability to connect with diverse, high-net-worth clients.
• Availability: Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
