Job summary

C2 Retail Stores, Inc. in Pasay City (SM Mall of Asia) seeks a Retail Sales Associate to support daily and monthly store targets and assist customers in their purchasing decisions.

You will maintain store conditions, assist in merchandising, cash handling, and participate in monthly inventories, while ensuring proper visual displays.

Shift schedules include 9:45 am–6:45 pm, 12:00 pm–9:00 pm or 1:00 pm–10:00 pm, with statutory benefits and overtime pay.

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate with retail exposure preferred.
• Experience in retail sales and customer service.
• Knowledge of cashiering, financial transactions, and drawer balancing.
• Willing to work shifting hours at SM Mall of Asia, Pasay City.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales team in achieving store targets daily and monthly.
• Maintain store conditions with the team.
• Assist customers in deciding which merchandise to purchase.
• Provide feedback to shop supervisor on operations and product performance.
• Assist in merchandising, visual displays, and housekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with visual display guidelines.
• Replenish merchandise and protect it from theft.
• Assist tagging and re-tagging of merchandise.
• Participate in monthly and yearly inventory.

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Assist sales team in achievement of store targets on a daily and monthly basis
• Maintain store conditions together with the rest of the team
• Assist customers in deciding which merchandise to purchase
• Provide feedback to shop supervisor on operations, customer feedback, and product performance
• Assist in merchandising, visual display maintenance and housekeeping
• Ensure compliance with visual display guidelines and policies
• Replenish merchandise on display and protect it from internal and external theft
• Provide assistance in tagging and re-tagging of merchandise
• Execute proper steam ironing procedures of merchandise before display
• Participate in monthly and yearly inventory

About you

• At least Senior High School Graduate
• Experience in Retail Sales
• Knowledge of cashiering procedures, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers
• Awareness of product knowledge and marketing promotions
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule (9:45 am - 6:45 pm, 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm or 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm)
• Willing to work in Pasay City - SM Mall of Asia
