Job summary

C2 Retail Stores Inc. is hiring for an on-site position at SM Mall of Asia in Pasay City. The role targets graduates with retail experience, strong customer service, and a flexible shift schedule.

The successful candidate will assist in store operations, merchandising, and cashiering while maintaining high standards of presentation and customer assistance. Training on store policies will be provided.

Qualifications

• Senior High School Graduate required.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Pleasant personality and good communication.
• Willing to work in shifting schedule.
• Willing to work at Pasay City - SM Mall of Asia (9:45am-6:45pm or 1:00pm-10:00pm).
• No visible tattoos.

• Overtime pay offered.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team to achieve store targets daily and monthly.
• Maintain store appearance with the team and assist customers in selecting merchandise.
• Provide feedback to the supervisor on operations and product performance.
• Assist in merchandising, visual displays, and housekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with display guidelines and policies.
• Replenish merchandise and prevent theft.
• Tag and retag merchandise and perform proper ironing before display.
• Participate in monthly/yearly inventory and monitor sales KPIs.
• Know cashiering procedures and balance cash drawers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assists sales team in the achievement of store target on a daily, monthly basis
• Responsible for store maintenance together with the rest of the team
• Responsible in assisting customers to decide which merchandise to purchase
• Gives feedback to shop supervisor all information related to operations (customer feedback, product performance)
• Assists in merchandising, visual display maintenance and housekeeping
• Ensures compliance on visual display guidelines and policies
• Replenishes merchandise on display and protects it from internal and external theft
• Provides assistance in tagging and re-tagging of merchandise
