Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and offer assistance; answer questions regarding products, services, or store policies.
• Stay informed about the store’s products, features, and promotions; explain the benefits and uses of different products.
• Promote and upsell products to customers; achieve or exceed sales goals and targets set by management.
• Help with restocking shelves and ensuring products are displayed properly; monitor inventory levels and report low stock to management; organize stock to ensure easy access and quick retrieval; regularly count physical stock to ensure that inventory levels match records.
• Dust shelves, counters, displays, and other furniture to maintain a clean and presentable appearance; ensure that displays and products are neat and visually appealing.
• Build and maintain relationships with regular customers; encourage repeat business through exceptional service and customer care.
