As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand and delivering exceptional service that keeps customers coming back. This role is based on-site in Makati City, allowing you to be part of a dynamic retail environment where your contribution directly impacts our business success.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, professional assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience

• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services, highlighting features and benefits to meet customer needs

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems

• Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing retail space, ensuring merchandise is well-stocked and properly displayed

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues to customer satisfaction

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets whilst maintaining high standards of customer service

• Contribute to team goals and support colleagues to create a collaborative working environment

• Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations

About you

• Proven experience working in a retail environment, preferably in sales or customer service roles

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping customers

• Strong numeracy skills and accuracy in handling cash and payment processing

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• A positive attitude, reliability and willingness to go the extra mile for customers

• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as required

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as per business needs

• Basic computer literacy and experience with point-of-sale systems is an advantage

• Sales drive and the ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

• Preferably handles shoes and apparel, fashion, or sporting goods
