2XU brand is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team in Makati City. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand and delivering exceptional service that keeps customers coming back. This role is based on-site in Makati City, allowing you to be part of a dynamic retail environment where your contribution directly impacts our business success.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, professional assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services, highlighting features and benefits to meet customer needs
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
• Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing retail space, ensuring merchandise is well-stocked and properly displayed
