Qualifications

• Knowledge of fashion trends and apparel products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Promote and sell clothing and apparel to customers and business partners.
• Monitor and report sales and activity data daily to monthly.
• Maintain records of sales transactions and customer accounts.
• Coordinate with Accounting on sales docs, payments, and collections.
• Coordinate with Inventory and Logistics to ensure product availability.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align sales and promotions and gather market feedback.
• Participate in sales events, trade fairs, and product launches.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, complaints, returns, and after-sales service.
• Ensure merchandise displays are clean and appealing.
• Monitor market trends and provide recommendations to management.
• Conduct on-site visits to the Spatio branch to support sales and displays.
• Visit the main office in Bulacan for coordination and meetings.
• Perform other sales, marketing, and operational duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Promote and sell the company's clothing and apparel products to customers and business partners.
• Monitor and track sales performance, and prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity reports.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer accounts, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with the Accounting Department regarding sales documentation, payments, collections, and other sales-related transactions.
• Coordinate with the Inventory and Logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely replenishment.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies, support promotional campaigns, provide customer and market feedback, and help drive brand awareness and sales growth.
• Participate in sales events, trade fairs, pop-up stores, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, complaints, returns, and after-sales service professionally and promptly.
• Ensure merchandise displays are clean, organized, visually appealing, and aligned with company standards.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and provide recommendations to management to improve sales performance.
• Conduct regular on-site visits to the Spatio branch to monitor store operations, support sales activities, ensure proper merchandise displays, and assist branch personnel with customer concerns and promotional initiatives.
• Visit the main office in Bulacan as needed for sales coordination, meetings, training, reporting, and other company activities.
• Perform other sales, marketing, and operational duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not always required)
• Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service (Clothing or Fashion industry is an advantage)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
