Job summary

You will assist leadership with daily sales tracking, inventory, and reporting, and ensure compliance with permits and health and safety standards. The role emphasizes building client relationships, presenting promotional materials, and delivering a luxury store experience with impeccable cleanliness

Responsibilities

• Reach and exceed monthly sales quota through store, online selling, and acquiring prospect projects and biddings
• Assist the branch manager or supervisor in monitoring daily sales, inventory levels, pending deliveries, and stocks availability
• Prepare all daily store reports (daily sales, collection, inventory, pending, etc.) in the absence of a branch manager or supervisor
• Submit all payments on time and all accounting requirements
• Arrange promotional materials and in-store displays
• Keep a luxury store ambience and ensure total store cleanliness
• Foster client relationships and ensure the highest level of customer service skills to exceed client expectations
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
• Ensure store compliance with all government permits requirements and health and safety standard regulations
• Comply with all company policies (SOP) inside the store
