Job summary

QNE Software Philippines, Inc. is seeking an onsite Day-Shift Sales/Marketing Associate in Makati to generate and qualify leads, send product information, and coordinate client meetings. You will assist with proposals, quotations, and payments while maintaining accurate sales records.

The role emphasizes strong communication in English and Filipino, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to multitask under pressure. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and data recording.

Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and other channels.
• Send product information and coordinate client meetings and demonstrations.
• Assist with proposals, presentations, quotations, approvals, payments, and follow-ups.
• Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and manage sales documentation.
• Support client inquiries, demonstrations, events, and marketing activities.
• Coordinate closed-sale documentation and handover to internal teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.
