Job summary

HTU is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to support the corporate sales team. The role focuses on developing opportunities, handling client-facing tasks, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure timely quotations and orders.

You will log SAP sales orders, monitor deliveries, and keep customers informed. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in a related field are desirable, with potential for hybrid or remote work after a 6‑month probation period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT/CS or business field.
• Experience or exposure to corporate sales or leads generation is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads to develop opportunities and qualification from events, referrals, and research.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales documents timely and accurately.
• Handle phone inquiries professionally and manage day-to-day transactions.
• Log Sales Orders in SAP and monitor deliveries.
• Keep customers updated on order status and progress.
