Job summary

Dwightsteel Building Systems, Inc. is seeking a seasoned sales operations leader to manage and grow the assigned sales area, delivering against targets while guiding the sales team and overseeing plant daily operations.

The role requires a strong background in industrial operations, strategic sales planning, and effective leadership with a focus on compliance and process discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5 to 8+ years of proven experience in industrial operations, production management, or specification-led sales within construction or roofing.
• Effective leadership, communication, and mentorship skills.
• Proven ability to manage sales operations and lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the assigned sales area to achieve targets and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to meet quota.
• Oversee sales executives' performance and daily plant operations.
• Provide guidance, support, and coaching to the sales team to ensure targets are met.
• Ensure proper implementation of company standard operating procedures.
• Enforce discipline and compliance with company policies.
