• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering (Licensed is a plus) or Agriculture
• Minimum 5 years of related experience
• Background in Sales and/or agricultural machineries is an advantage.
• Able to handle and manage a considerable number of people and able to relate well with different level in the organization
• Knowledgeable in Operations functions
• Good communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Can drive 4-wheel vehicle and must have driver’s license
• Willing to travel in various areas.
