Job summary

HFFTES in Batangas is seeking a motivated sales and marketing professional to promote products and services, identify new leads, and build strong customer relationships.

You will follow up inquiries, prepare proposals, assist with marketing campaigns, manage customer records, and report on performance, collaborating with other departments to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Promote and introduce the company's products and services to potential customers.
• Identify and develop new sales leads and business opportunities.
• Communicate with prospective and existing customers regarding products, services, inquiries, and requirements.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and clients.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, proposals, and potential sales.
• Assist in preparing sales quotations, proposals, presentations, and other related documents.
• Conduct market research and monitor market trends and customer needs.
• Assist in planning and implementing marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
• Manage and update customer and sales records.
• Promote the company through appropriate online and offline marketing channels.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer requirements are properly addressed.
• Prepare sales and marketing reports as required by management.
• Attend meetings, events, presentations, and other activities related to sales and marketing.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management.
