Job summary

e-Future Motors Philippines, Inc. is seeking a driven Sales & Marketing Officer to expand our presence in the electric mobility market. You will identify and pursue JOM opportunities, visit clients, and build strong relationships with LGUs, transport groups, and partners.

The role requires proactive outreach, excellent communication, and the ability to travel for site visits and client meetings across the Philippines. Join us to drive growth in EV solutions and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, marketing, business development, account management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable with client prospecting.
• Willing to conduct field work and travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Good organizational, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common business applications.
• Valid driver's license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop potential clients for the company's JOM (Jeepney Operations & Management) projects
• Actively look for prospective JOM clients, including LGUs, transport cooperatives, transport groups, and other potential partners
• Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and business opportunities
• Conduct client visits, meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Present and promote E-Future's electric mobility products, services, and business solutions
• Conduct market research and identify potential areas and organizations for business development
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding client requirements, proposals, and project opportunities
• Prepare sales reports, client updates, proposals, presentations, and other related documents
• Monitor sales activities and provide regular updates on leads, prospects, and business development progress
