Job summary

Ideal candidates have a background in marketing or related fields, are comfortable on camera, and can design materials using Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Express.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Marketing, Business Admin, Hospitality, Communications or related field.
• Experience in sales, marketing or customer service is an advantage.
• Proficient with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express or similar editing tools.
• Comfortable creating social media content and appearing in videos.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content, reels, and marketing materials.
• Conduct photo and video shoots of the property and amenities.
• Design promotional materials using Canva and other editing tools.
• Manage and update the property's social media platforms.
• Respond to client inquiries through Messenger, email, and phone.
• Conduct site tours and assist clients during venue viewing.
• Prepare quotations, reservations, and booking documents.
• Coordinate with clients from inquiry until event confirmation.
• Build client relationships and help close bookings.
• Work closely with the Property Manager in planning marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Assist in administrative and operational tasks when needed.
