Job summary

CHARLES BUILDERS COMPANY, INC. is seeking a creative Content Creator to craft photos, videos, graphics, and captions showcasing our properties, tenants, and available spaces in Mandaluyong and Cavite.

You will manage social media accounts, develop content calendars, run online campaigns, and generate qualified leasing leads while visiting properties as needed.

A proactive, self-directed communicator with a solid grasp of Canva and basic editing will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, Canva, and basic photo and video editing.
• Experience in content creation, social media management, digital advertising, or lead generation is an advantage.
• Creative, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently.
• Willing to work in Mandaluyong and Imus, Cavite, and visit properties as needed.
