SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER

Job Description: The sales & marketing officer is responsible for driving business growth through effective strategies and tactics.

1. Lead Generation & Business Development

   Identify and target potential clients in the industrial, commercial, and residential sectors. Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements.

2. Sales Activities

   Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Coordinate with engineering and operations teams for solution alignment and timely delivery.

3. Marketing Activities

   Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.

4. Client Relationship Management

   Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients. Ensure post-sales follow-ups and satisfaction checks for service quality feedback. Address customer concerns promptly and escalate as necessary.
