This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving our sales growth and market expansion. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building client relationships, and executing marketing strategies that elevate our brand presence. This role offers the perfect blend of sales expertise and marketing acumen, positioning you as a key contributor to AGnP Corporation's continued success and market leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities within assigned territories or market segments
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and exceptional service
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals whilst ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, promotional materials, and market positioning strategies
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer information, and pipeline forecasts in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Provide feedback from the field to inform product development, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives
• Support the organization in achieving brand awareness objectives through participation in trade shows, networking events, and community initiatives
• Mentor and support junior sales team members when required, contributing to team development and success

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred
