Job summary

EM Power beautiful Skin Corporation is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to bridge marketing campaigns with sales efforts in the Philippines. You will support both teams, promote products, find new clients, and maintain customer relationships across B2C and B2B markets.

You will collaborate with the Digital Marketing Officer and report to the Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, CRM usage, and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Comfortable using social media and digital marketing tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Organized, able to juggle several tasks and meet deadlines.
• Creative, analytical, and comfortable adapting to changing priorities.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, beauty, or personal care (nice to have).
• Basic graphic design or content creation skills (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate promotional events and product launches.

• Serve as the link between customers, sales staff, and internal teams.
• Cover client accounts when the Sales Administrator is away.
• Track campaign and sales performance and prepare regular reports.
