Job summary

Zenobuild&Co. Construction Services is seeking a proactive coordinator to handle inbound leads, schedule discovery calls, and support design proposals. You will manage client communications via phone, chat, and meetings, coordinate with the Lead Designer, and help maintain CRM records.

The role emphasizes organization, client-facing professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple leads with attention to detail. Prior CRM and social media familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate or undergraduate of Architecture or related design course is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with prospective clients through phone calls, chat, online meetings, and face-to-face meetings.
• Basic understanding of architectural design and construction is preferred.
• Familiarity with social media content and digital marketing is an advantage.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and similar digital tools.
• Organized and capable of managing multiple leads, schedules, and follow-ups.
• Professional, presentable, responsive, and client-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads through the Company's Airtable CRM.
• Conduct initial confirmation calls with prospective clients.
• Follow up non-responsive prospective clients according to the Company's follow-up process.
• Create and maintain initial client group chats when applicable.
• Organize initial project information before discovery calls.
• Schedule discovery calls, presentations, and client meetings.
• Assist in conducting and documenting discovery calls.
• Prepare and coordinate design-service proposals.
• Follow up proposal decisions and assist in securing client conformed/signatures.
• Coordinate confirmed client payments and receipts with Finance.
• Maintain accurate lead status and sales records in the CRM.
• Coordinate regularly with the Lead Designer and Design Apprentice.
• Assist with clerical and design-related activities when workload requires.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining organic Facebook and Instagram content.
• Maintain marketing/content records and digital assets together with the Design Apprentice.
• Coordinate client meetings and presentations throughout the design process.
• Support client communication while the Lead Designer remains primarily accountable for design presentations and technical design matters.

Incentives

• ₱2,000 per qualified closed deal upon actual receipt and verification of the client's Phase 0 payment, subject to applicable quota/incentive guidelines
