- Lead Conversion: Follow up promptly on inbound inquiries, website leads, and marketing referrals to convert interested prospects into paying subscribers.
- B2B Networking: For corporate sales agents, pitch connectivity solutions to small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) and corporate offices to secure high-value dedicated internet contracts.
Technical Consultations & Solution Pitching
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough consultations to determine a client's daily data usage, device count, and bandwidth expectations to recommend the ideal plan speed (Mbps/Gbps).
- Product Explanation: Educate clients clearly on the technical advantages of the company's network infrastructure (e.g., Fiber vs. Copper, low latency, symmetrical speeds, data caps).
- Objection Handling: Confidently address customer concerns regarding subscription prices, lock-in periods, installation fees, and network reliability.
Account Processing & Contract Closure
- Application Processing: Collect, verify, and encode necessary customer documents (valid IDs, proof of address, business permits) into the company CRM system.
- Serviceability Check: Coordinate with the technical mapping team to verify if the client’s building or residential area is within the company’s network coverage zone (serviceable area).
- Contract Finalization: Walk customers through subscription agreements, service level agreements (SLAs) for business clients, and payment terms to finalize the deal.
After-Sales Support & Relationship Management
- Installation Coordination: Coordinate with the dispatcher and technical installation crew to schedule a timely hookup date for the customer.
- Retention Tracking: Check in with customers post-installation to ensure their internet speeds meet expectations, fostering account retention and securing word-of-mouth referrals.
- Issue Escalation: Act as a bridge between the customer and the technical support helpdesk if network or billing issues arise during the early stages of the subscription.
Job Qualifications and Requirements

- Core Competencies: Persistent closing skills, high resilience against rejection, a persuasive and polite talking manner, and self-motivated time management.
