Job summary

Greenzone Investment Group Inc. seeks a proactive Sales Agent for Internet Services to drive revenue by promoting residential and business connectivity solutions.

You will identify prospects, conduct needs assessments, and pitch fiber, DIA, and bundled services with a focus on closing deals and achieving monthly targets. You will manage end-to-end processes—from lead generation and contract closure to installation coordination and post-sales support—while maintaining high customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications or a High School / Vocational graduate with strong selling capabilities.
• Experience: 1 to 3+ years in telecommunications sales, ISP account management, direct field sales, or real estate sales.
• Technical knowledge: basic understanding of network terms (Mbps, routers, Wi‑Fi bands) and proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation, prospecting and outbound sales to promote internet connectivity solutions.
• Conduct needs assessment to tailor plan speeds and explain technical advantages to clients.
• Process applications, verify documents, and coordinate with mapping and installation teams.
• Coordinate with dispatcher and technicians for installation and ensure post-installation retention and satisfaction.
