As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to promote and sell Converge Fiber Optic services to residential customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets for Converge Fiber Optic services to residential customers.
• Conduct house-to-house sales activities and drive customer acquisition.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and development planning for team members.

Qualifications

• At least High School graduate
• Preferably with experience in Sales, especially house-to-house selling, preferably in the telecommunications industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Familiarity with Converge Fiber Optic services (preferred)
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
