Job summary

Shore360, based in the Philippines, seeks an experienced CRM administrator to support sales, marketing, and business operations. The role focuses on maintaining CRM data quality, qualifying leads, and producing actionable dashboards and reports to drive growth.

The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes, support tender submissions, and manage documentation. A proactive mindset and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in CRM administration, sales support, business administration, marketing, or a similar role.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, or similar.
• Experience with reporting, analytics, and business process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain CRM records, ensuring customer information is accurate and up to date.
• Qualify new leads and track sales opportunities from enquiry to completion.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations and maintain sales pipeline data.
• Generate sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Research target customers, industries, and key decision-makers.
• Build prospect lists and identify new business opportunities.
• Support customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
• Gather customer feedback, testimonials, and online reviews.
• Prepare business reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Monitor customer activity, sales performance, and market trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve business systems and workflows.
• Assist with AI prompts, automation, SOP development, and knowledge management.
