Job summary

Synlink Recruitment Outsourcing Co. is seeking an organized Sales Order Processor in Metro Manila. You will handle order creation, verify stock, process payments, and prepare invoices for institutional clients.

You will report monthly sales results and assist the sales team with day-to-day operations to help meet team targets. The role requires punctuality and a proactive, cooperative approach.

Responsibilities

• Prepares Sales Order (SO) based on the Purchase Order (PO) forwarded by the client or Sales Representative.
• Manage payment collection of all gained accounts efficiently.
• Check stock availability in the warehouse.
• Process low to a high volume of product orders.
• Process invoices for all institutional sales transactions.
• Check that all prices and client contracts are up to date.
• Report monthly sales results to the sales team.
• Support the sales force with the general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
