Job summary

RG Group Management Corporation is seeking a Sales Administration Assistant to support sales and marketing admin functions and ensure unit KPIs are met. You will assist Division Heads and Account Officers, process lease/loan availments, and help monitor document deficiencies.

The role requires a college degree, at least 1 year in banking or finance, strong attention to detail, computer literacy, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• College degree preferably Economics or Business-related courses.
• At least 1 year experience working in a bank or financial institution.
• Detail oriented.
• Computer literate.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to relate well with internal and external parties.
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management.
• Operational, Documentation and Regulatory Knowledge.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power Point application.
• Work experience in leasing and finance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Division Head, Department Head, and Account Officers.
• Manage the processing and booking of lease / loan availment.
• Help in the monitoring and regularization of document deficiencies.
• Reportorial of data gathering and management.
• Coordination with different units / departments of the company.
