Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a meticulous Sales Admin Assistant to support the Sales and Marketing team with documentation, lease and loan processing, reporting, and cross‑functional coordination.

This onsite role requires strong organizational skills and banking familiarity to coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders, ensuring smooth sales operations and accurate data management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a bank or financial institution.
• Knowledge of loan or lease processing, documentation, and banking operations.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and business tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Division Head, Department Head, and Account Officers.
• Assist in processing and booking lease and loan availments.
• Monitor document deficiencies and coordinate the completion and regularization of requirements.
• Gather, manage, and maintain accurate sales and operational data.
• Prepare reports and support reportorial requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to facilitate sales‑related processes.
• Assist with documentation, CRM updates, and other administrative requirements.
• Support other sales and marketing activities as needed.
