• Process sales orders, invoices, and purchase agreements, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and logistics teams to track shipments and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and client accounts.
• Assist the sales team in preparing reports, presentations, and proposals.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in reordering products as needed.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and order status.
• Handle import documentation and ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure smooth import processes.
• Support the sales team by scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales and operations teams as needed.
• Previous experience in sales administration or logistics, preferably in an importing or trading company.
• Knowledge of import/export processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
