Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Office Administration, or related field.

• Experience in trading, wholesale, distribution, retail, or food/seafood industry is an advantage.
• Experienced in order processing, sales documentation, encoding, and preparing reports.
• Familiar with preparing and monitoring Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Invoices, Delivery Receipts, and other sales-related documents.
• Able to coordinate with Sales Team, Customers, Warehouse, Logistics, Accounting, and other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced trading and distribution environment.
