Job summary

clkmakita is seeking a detail-oriented administrative specialist in Metro Manila to support sales operations and customer service activities.

You will monitor inquiries on platforms such as Facebook, Shopee, Lazada and Shopify, compile monthly sales reports, manage dealer orders, and track stock and deliveries.

The ideal candidate holds a business-related degree and demonstrates advanced Excel skills and proficiency with office software.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (at least 9/10) and basic office software.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on platforms such as Facebook, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify.
• Create monthly sales reports from dealer and other sales sources.
