Kolin Philippines International Inc. is hiring a Sales Account Officer for our Matina, Davao City team. The role focuses on managing accounts to hit sales targets, settling receivables, coaching merchandisers, and coordinating with management to ensure smooth operations.

The candidate should have 2–4 years in the appliance industry, strong MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills, and good communication abilities. Drive and professional growth opportunities are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 years course.
• 2–4 years work experience in the Appliance Industry.
• Knowledgeable in MS Word/Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience handling people is an advantage.
• Having a valid driver’s license is an advantage.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts to achieve sales targets (sell-in & sell-out).
• Settle account receivables.
• Coach and address concerns of Product Merchandisers.
• Responsible for performance reviews, extensions and terminations of Product Merchandiser employment.
• Conduct dealer visits to all branches assigned.
• Coordinate with PM Management on related matters.
• Be assigned to Matina, Davao City.
