Job summary

Sketch Books Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Safety Officer to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with client project requirements across on-site projects.

You will maintain knowledge of DOLE Department Orders and LGU regulations, prepare toolbox talks, safety reports, and government documents. This role is project-based and renewable, with full-time commitment and reporting to the Head Office at Fort Bonifacio, BGC.

Qualifications

• COSH Certification is required.
• At least 1 year in engineering or construction background.
• Willing to work on-site at Fort, BGC and be assigned to projects in Parañaque/Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe working environment for all company personnel in compliance with client project requirements
• Maintain knowledge of relevant DOLE Department Orders and Taguig LGU Department Orders
• Prepare Tool Box Meeting: safety briefing and orientation
• Prepare safety report and monitoring
• Prepare government compliance documents as needed
