Job summary

OCS Philippines seeks a qualified engineer to develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and programs in line with local and international standards. You will conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.

The role includes leading incident investigations, coordinating with regulators, supervising pollution control and waste management, delivering training, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in environmental, health and safety compliance.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, occupational health and safety standards, and quality control systems.
• Professional certifications such as PCO accreditation and DOLE Safety Practitioner are highly desirable.
