Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local and international standards.
Conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.
Lead incident investigations and prepare detailed reports with root cause analysis and preventive measures.
Coordinate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Supervise pollution control measures and ensure proper waste management practices are in place.
Provide training and awareness programs on occupational health and safety to employees and contractors.
Maintain and update HSE documentation, including permits, reports, and certifications.
Support the implementation of ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards.
