• Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.

• Bachelor’s Degree inany field.

• Must have therequired training and accreditationin accordance with the Philippine Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Occupational Safety and Health Standards,Rule 1030.

• Basic First Aid Training and Certificationfrom a recognized organization, such as the Philippine Red Cross, is an advantage.

• Knowledge and ability toidentify actual and potential workplace hazardsand effectively communicate safety risks through verbal and visual methods.

• Strong skills in deliveringsafety presentations, toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and training programsto promote workplace safety and regulatory compliance.

• Familiarity with relevantregulatory agencies, occupational safety standards, and inspection requirements, including preparing for and supporting safety inspections.

• Ability togather, analyze, and interpret safety-related datato identify trends, assess risks, and support informed decision-making.

• Knowledge ofsafety budgeting, resource allocation, and accountabilityin implementing safety programs, initiatives, and compliance activities.

• Strongcritical-thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to be assigned to Tarlac.
