Job summary

Flash Express is seeking an Employee Health and Safety Officer to oversee the company’s safety program at our Laguna operations. The role focuses on implementing policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with health and safety laws.

You will lead training, maintain records, coordinate inspections and drills, and collaborate with external consultants to promote a strong safety culture across Pulong Santa Cruz, Santa Rosa, and surrounding sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and minimum 2 years of safety management experience.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety laws and best practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and update health and safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments for equipment and operations.
• Lead health and safety training and foster a strong safety culture.
• Record-keep health, safety, and training documentation.
• Coordinate health and safety inspections, drills, and reporting.
• Liaise with external consultants for training and services.
• Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and reporting.

• Ensure a safe workplace environment without risk to health.
• Implement and regularly update Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory obligations, including training and reporting.
• Conduct and regularly review risk assessments for equipment and operations.
