Power Dimension, Inc. is seeking a Project Safety Manager to lead safety activities at the project site, ensuring compliance with company policies, client requirements, and Philippine regulations.

The role supervises Safety Officers, implements site-specific safety plans, and conducts risk assessments. You will monitor high‑risk operations, lead incident investigations, and deliver toolbox talks and on-site safety training.

Qualifications

  • 8–10 years OSH experience in a similar industry.
  • At least 40 hours of training in BOSH, COSH, LCM, HIRAC, SPA, WEM, TOT.
  • DOLE OSH Practitioner/Consultant or equivalent.
  • Willing to be deployed to PAETE, LAGUNA.
  • Immediate/ASAP availability.
  • One project-based position available.
  • Graduate of any STEM-related course.

Responsibilities

  • Implements and enforces site-specific safety plans in accordance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Supervises Safety Officers and site safety personnel, ensuring consistent compliance and proper safety practices across all activities.
  • Conducts regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective measures.
  • Monitors high-risk operations and ensures control measures are applied effectively.
  • Leads incident and near-miss investigations, identifies root causes, and recommends preventive actions.
  • Facilitates toolbox talks, safety orientations, and on-site safety training for project personnel and subcontractors.
  • Maintains and submits timely safety documentation and reports to the Project Manager, client representatives, and regulatory agencies.
  • Collaborates with the Project Manager and site leadership to track safety performance, KPIs, and compliance against targets.
  • Promotes a strong safety culture among all project personnel and contractors through coaching, guidance, and reinforcement of safety practices.
  • Supports continuous improvement initiatives at the project level by recommending practical safety solutions and lessons learned from site activities.

JOB SUMMARY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  4. Monitors high-risk operations (e.g., working at heights, excavation, lifting operations) and ensures control measures are applied effectively.
  5. Leads incident and near-miss investigations, identifies root causes, and recommends preventive actions.
  6. Facilitates toolbox talks, safety orientations, and on-site safety training for project personnel and subcontractors.
  7. Maintains and submits timely safety documentation and reports to the Project Manager, client representatives, and regulatory agencies.

QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Graduate of any course, preferably of the STEM strand.
  2. At least 40 hours of training in BOSH, COSH, LCM, HIRAC, SPA, WEM, TOT.
  3. DOLE OSH Practitioner/Consultant or equivalent.
  4. At least 8-10 years of OSH experience as a practitioner in the field of EHS in a similar industry.
  5. Willing to be deployed to PAETE, LAGUNA.
  6. Willing to start immediately/ASAP.
  7. One (1) Project-Based position is available.
