China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd Philippine Branch - Main Office is seeking a senior HSE professional with 8+ years of experience for full-time, on-site work in Pasay City. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering or related field and certifications such as NEBOSH/IOSH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, HSE, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 8 years experience in HSE management in construction/industrial settings.
• Certified in Philippine/International Safety programs (NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, DOLE BOSH/COSH).
• Demonstrated ability to develop and enforce safety policies, lead audits and risk assessments.
• Excellent communication skills, strong leadership and ability to work with multi-discipline teams.
• Experience handle a High Rise project.
• Willing to assign in Gil Puyat, Pasay City; can start immediately.
