Job summary

SN Aboitiz Power Group in Benguet seeks a dedicated SHESQ professional to develop, verify and measure SHESQ policies and procedures across the organization. The role requires strong knowledge of environmental, OSH laws and quality management systems, plus solid communication and monitoring skills.

You will support the SHESQ Sr. Manager, liaise with government agencies, ensure regulatory compliance, and help implement integrated management systems company-wide.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CSR concepts and practices.
• Strong understanding of Environmental, OSH and Quality laws/regulations.
• Experience in implementing QMS/OSH/Environmental systems.
• Excellent communication, planning and data collection abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist SHESQ Sr. Manager with liaison to local and national government agencies for registrations and permits.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE, DENR and other SHES-related reporting requirements.
• Monitor compliance to security contract requirements.
• Act as Pollution Control Officer and Safety Officer 4.
• Deputize management representative for Occupational Safety, Health and Environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Skills:

• Working knowledge of the concept and facets of Corporate Social Responsibility
• Comprehensive understanding of Environmental, OSH laws and regulations, Quality Management Systems
• Good Communication skills, data gathering, planning, implementation and monitoring skills
• Output oriented, capable of multitasking, and analytic

Experience:

Preferably with five (5) years’ experience in implementing OSH, environmental and quality management system

Education:

College degree in the field of engineering

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists the SHESQ Sr. Manager in liaising with government agencies/authorities at the local and national level for
  required registrations and operational permits/licenses;
• Ensure company’s compliance with laws and reporting requirements of DOLE, DENR, and other SHES-related government agencies;
• Monitors compliance to security contract requirements;
• Acts as Pollution Control Officer and Safety Officer 4 of the Company;
• Acts as the deputy management representative for Occupational Safety and Health Management and Environment Management System.

Other Related Tasks

• Assist in the implementation of Integrated Management Systems (Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, and Asset) and compliance to regulatory requirements
