Job summary

Golden TW Realty Development Corporation is seeking a dedicated Safety and Security Officer to maintain a safe and secure environment on Boracay projects, including construction sites, staff houses, villa houses, and vacant lots.

You will conduct site inspections, enforce PPE and safety practices, oversee emergency preparedness, supervise security staff, handle incident reports, and coordinate with contractors and law enforcement as needed.

Qualifications

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective measures.
• Monitor compliance with DOLE OSH regulations, PPE usage, safe work practices, and hazard controls.
• Oversee emergency preparedness, including fire drills, evacuation procedures, and first-aid readiness.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety orientations for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Investigate workplace incidents, identifying root causes and recommending preventive actions.
• Coordinate with contractors to enforce safety measures and reduce workplace hazards.
• Implement and maintain access control measures to construction sites, staff houses, villa houses, and vacant lots to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Supervise contracted security personnel in securing construction sites, staff houses, villa houses, and vacant lots to deter theft and trespassing.
• Respond to security incidents, coordinate with law enforcement if necessary, and prepare detailed reports.
• Manage security logbooks, visitor records, and incident reports for proper documentation.

Education

Two years in college

License to Exercise Security Profession - Security Officer

Safety Officer 2 certification

Basic Life Support with AED or EMT/EMS

About you

• Minimum of two (2) years in college

• Valid License to Exercise Security Profession - Security Officer

• At least qualified as Safety Officer 2

• Valid Basic Life Support with AED or EMT/EMS

• Willing to be assigned in Boracay
