PM Consulting is seeking experienced SaaS technical support professionals to tackle tough issues hands-on in Pasig, Philippines. You will investigate escalations using SQL and API tools, explain findings clearly, and help the team improve at handling similar problems.

The role emphasizes practical problem solving, building automations in Python or similar, and knowledge-sharing through guides and KB articles. Onsite night shifts are required.

Formación

• 2+ years hands-on SaaS or application support at L2/L3.
• Strong SQL to write queries for issue investigation.
• Experience troubleshooting REST APIs and JSON payloads.
• Scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Able to explain technical problems clearly to varied audiences.
• Willingness to work onsite in Pasig on a night shift.

Responsabilidades

• Handle complex escalations from investigation through root-cause analysis to resolution.
• Write SQL queries to diagnose data issues and system behavior.
• Troubleshoot API and integration failures by reviewing logs, payloads and error responses.
• Build scripts and automations to speed up support tasks.
• Walk teammates through how you solved issues and turn fixes into guides for knowledge bases.
• Spot recurring issues and suggest improvements to product or support processes.
• Coach a small group of support agents on quality and performance metrics.
• Run performance conversations, including KPI reviews and improvement plans.
• Design AI-assisted or agentic workflows for the support team.
