Job summary

ProSource is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in our SaaS platform, including reporting, integrations, databases, and workflows. You will work with customers and internal teams to analyze data, perform corrections, and ensure platform reliability.

The role covers Tableau-based reporting, API integrations, HTML/Regex troubleshooting, and data cleanup using SQL. This is a fully remote, full-time position with strong growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a Technical Support Engineer, Application Support, Product Support, or similar role.
• Understanding of how SaaS platforms operate.
• Moderate proficiency in SQL and PostgreSQL for data updates and queries.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the SaaS platform, including reporting, integrations, databases and features.
• Investigate and resolve Tableau-based reporting, external integrations, APIs, and database records.
• Perform database investigations, data corrections, SQL-based cleanup, and user management.
• Configure and troubleshoot features, dashboards, workflows, and system setup.
• Update communication rules and workflow logic using Ruby code snippets.
• Support accounting exports and troubleshoot FTP-related data transfer issues.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to diagnose issues and ensure platform reliability.
