Job summary

LevelUp is seeking a highly analytical Data Analytics & Revenue Reporting Specialist to drive data-informed financial strategies, ensure reporting continuity, and optimize revenue performance. You will be responsible for keeping ARR-MRR metrics accurate, building dashboards, and reconciling data across Salesforce, NetSuite, Stripe, and BigQuery for leadership.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of revenue analytics or SaaS reporting experience.
• Strong SQL skills, especially in Google BigQuery.
• Expert Excel and Google Sheets for financial modeling.
• Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Stripe, and data pipelines.
• Excellent written and spoken English with clear storytelling of insights.
• Understanding of SaaS metrics: ARR, MRR, churn, ARPU, LTV, CAC.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and report on ARR and MRR during reporting windows.
• Build and maintain dashboards using Looker Studio, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Validate data across Salesforce, NetSuite, Stripe, and BigQuery.
• QA data feeds and troubleshoot discrepancies in analytics pipelines.
• Support transformation projects and automate reporting workflows.
• Assist in forecasting models and churn analytics.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Strategy, and Data Engineering.
