Job summary

Maximum Solutions Corporation is seeking a detail‑oriented data specialist to support SFE KPI reporting, dashboard data preparation, and CRM maintenance for sales operations. You will clean and validate data, process HCP lists, and generate local and regional reports to ensure timely, accurate insights.

Strong Excel skills and familiarity with PowerQuery are required, with Veeva experience a plus. The role requires coordination with sales teams, adherence to deadlines, and a proactive approach

Qualifications

• High level of proficiency in Excel (pivot, sorting, basic formulas).
• Knowledgeable in PowerQuery and advanced Excel analytics is a plus.
• At least 1 year experience in data management, CRM support or sales support; Veeva experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Data processing, validation, reporting, and CRM maintenance to support sales operations.
• Manage HCP lists, MCCP/quarterly updates, and regional dashboard reports.
• Identify data inconsistencies and process improvements alongside sales teams.
