Job summary

Pacvue is expanding to Mexico City with a new hub and will start fully remote, moving to a hybrid schedule, three days in-office once space is ready. We seek Mexico City–based candidates to help grow the team.

The Technical Onboarding Role sits early in the post-sales journey, guiding clients through complex technical integrations and ensuring a smooth handoff to internal teams. You will interpret onboarding docs and collaborate cross-functionally.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in technical support, client onboarding, or SaaS platform integration.
• Experience with ecommerce advertising platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Criteo, Citrus, Sam's Club, Kroger, Target or TikTok.
• Experience using SaaS ad platforms like Pacvue, Skai, Quartile, and Commerce IQ is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Integration & Technical Setup: support data integration processes and escalate issues to senior team members.
• Client onboarding: assist brands and agencies to reach onboarding SLA goals.
• Produce technical documents and integration guides for knowledge base.
